Electronics Industry
Using "State of the Art" techniques we apply rough coatings of aluminum or other materials for over flash and particle retention on tooling for sputtering machine tooling and targets. We employ insulating properties by spraying ceramic coatings of aluminum oxide or others to enhance the tooling and provide part longevity.
Automotive Industry
We apply stainless steel, nickel and aluminum coatings to headers and a variety of clamps, brackets and covers for corrosion protection, heat control and aesthetics. A new process for hot sections is an aerospace coating called a TBC. This Thermal Barrier Coating resists temperatures up to 2100 degrees "F". It works and looks great on turbos, manifolds, pistons and more.
Aerospace Industry
We pride ourselves in handling the most exacting high-tech applications including satellite rocket motors, jet engine components, auxiliary power units and composite panel protection. All coating processes are applied to blueprint requirements for heat control, abradability, wear and build up. We are leaders in FAA applications for limited speciallized services of metal spray.
General Industry
We apply shaft and part coatings for refurbishment and repair, as well as slide and wear surfacing for actuators and rotating components. We also serve the Industrial Gas Turbine industry (IGT) by coating combustors, blades, buckets, and vanes. Your coating need is our concern.
