Microchip and Semiconductor Tooling

Using state of the art processes, Accuwright has become an industry leader in semiconductor tooling enhancement. With so many materials to chose from, our team of engineers and processes experts have developed coatings to increase profitability and lengthen the process capability of tools. Coatings such as these are environmentally friendly. Through qualified engineering steps, tooling costs are reduced by removing and reapplying these sacrificial coatings to reduce cost and save tooling component life.

Vehicle Exhaust Systems

We apply stainless steel and aluminum coatings to headers and a variety of clamps, brackets and covers for corrosion protection, heat control and aesthetics. Additionally, TBC's (Thermal Barrier Coatings) taken from aerospace applications reduce heat transfer and contain heat within hot parts and their environment. Turbos, headers and swing gate valve housings are just a few parts benefiting from this process.

Actuators and Rotating Components

Our flame spray processes are valuable in many ways. One specific value is cost effective repair of worn or mis-machined parts. Utilizing the metal spray processes we can transform worn parts into new and even improved components. Adding just the right material to surfaces or diameters makes for a miracle repair, by finishing with machine or grind tolerances. Although some parts are limited by configuration, most components can be easily sprayed and finished.
